Could be drug related. Guy here in Michigan mowed down a pack of bicyclists in Kalamazoo, killing several people. He was on a crap load of different drugs. He probably didn’t even know he had hit anyone. Doesn’t excuse it and he’s in for life, I believe. But it would be an explanation. Also Kalamazoo had the Uber killer who murdered half a dozen people. That was not accidental.
