OP, throw yourself into doing good for others. As many as you can, as much as you can, as long as you can.

Watch miracles happen in your life.

We are put here for a higher purpose. You won't find it on the web or on your phone or on TV or in a game. You won't find it in a bottle or lighting up. You won't find it seeking hedonistic pleasure. You won't find it judging others.

It's found only in turning away from ego and pride. It's found in hard work. It's found in selflessness.

It's all in you but you have to give it away to get it.

And remember, happiness is an extreme. Part of a spectrum. Misery on one end, happiness on the other. Contentment, in the middle, is the balance. Be grateful for all that you are, all that you have.
