I've only had them once too and don't know what virus I had. Before it was just a symptom you'd read by rote for me until I got them. It was really awful. I could not get warm, and my body just wracked with them in waves over and over.

Afterward I had a whole new appreciation for the symptom "Chills" as a description for a condition.
