Loss of body fat and muscle.
When I register as high temp it is due to dehydration, I will feel hot to the touch and temp recorded while not really running a real temp, with it though my O2 stats will be in the low 80's.

Funny thing is it hits fast and suddenly with your back feeling like it is cut into or broke into by a baseball bat.

Other things can cause it as well.
