A lot of it depends on the media.

If it's something that's shortening your attention span where you are looking for a constant fix to release dopamine, it's an addiction.

If you can focus and read a long article, that's no different than reading a book.

I've noticed after scrolling headlines, it's very hard for me to focus enough to read long paragraphs anymore.

I think that was the purpose of a lot of social media, to keep our attention spans so short we don't study actual knowledge and get sucked into Hollywood nonsense worshipping celebrities and useless information.

And free porn, which is a powerful political weapon to weaken a country.

You just inspired me to smoke another bowl of the mimosa weed from the marijuana factory I hope to be artificially employed at shoon. thumbs

Good job, dumbfucks.

I made a nice smoking cave in the window well with a ladder, so it meets the new building code.

The good thing about cannabis is it's a basic nutrient and essential for maintaining homeostasis in the endocannabinoid system.

It should be on the food pyramid, but the main way in the future of consuming it won't be smoking. Eating the flower raw or oil under the tongue seems best from a nutritional/medicinal point of view.

Or try a dry herb vaporizer to avoid combustion.
