Are you saying they led an investigation into a Ukrainian matter and that led to Biden? If that's the case then they would have notified the US DOJ and requested to open a joint investigation under the existing agreement with the US and as I linked above William Barr and the US DOJ never opened a joint investigation.

Logic tells me that if our DOJ didn't open a case with the Ukrainians and the Ukrainians 'killed' any investigation that 'may have' led to the Bidens then they did it because they lacked evidence to proceed.

Now IF it was handed off to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine then it could potentially be done for deeper investigation and should end up with a joint investigation if the evidence merits it. But I have a hunch the DOJ through official diplomatic and intelligence channels (because that's what we do) have already been down this road evidenced by William Barr's inaction last summer or early fall ...whenever. Sounds like your beef is with the DOJ.
