Interesting point of view. I agree.
I looked up your link. That's interesting, too.
I'm bi. I went straight when I got saved because I didn't want to hear the criticism, and because I could. But I got chased out of a white fundy church and a black pentecostal holy roller church for the same reason: I refuse to condemn gays.
First time I read the Bible, I was a Bible virgin with no religious upbringing and no preconceived notions.
When I read the story of David and Jonathon, it was obvious to me that they were in love with each other, and David is God's favorite human being. God loved David because David loved God, not because David was a good person.
I was shocked to find out that pastors never saw the obvious, that David and Jonathon were in love, or at the very least, Jonathon was in love with David and David took full advantage of that fact.

The link to the gay christian says do not do that interpretation its a waste of time because it misses the point that the law indeed condemned gays
As it condemned all sinners but now all sinners are freely justfied by faith in christ and we have been released from the wotks of the law which are a curse for no one could keep all in it.
