That's just one of many programs that provides access to military bases and technology to foreign governments. I live next to a joint base that I guess would be considered Command Level. I see people in foreign military uniforms all the time. Typically at gas stations, as I believe they are discouraged from wearing uniforms when in public, but you see them in the middle of their commute. I've seen Indian, Canadian, Australian, German, British. They're all here. |
