Just to clarify, Obama gave 650 million of tax, not his own, money, and got a 65 million dollar deal that went to his own, not tax, money. I've gotten a lot of red for telling the truth and being right. Just sayin' |

Where are the text books? After a few years in private school, my daughter did one semester in 4th grade a few years ago. We specifically asked the teacher to please make sure our daughter brings home her math textbook every day so we could follow along and help her review. She looked me straight in the eye and said, "We don't have textbooks." The teacher was downloading worksheets and stuff from the internet, and gave us some links (which we had to pay to join) to download stuff ourselves. That's when we started homeschooling. And we have lots of old-school style textbooks, workbooks, quizzes, tests, science experiments, foreign language textbooks and listening/speaking practice dvds, etc. "For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light." |
