An absolute masterpiece of a movie, totally underrated gem: Waterworld (1995)
It is unequivocally one of the all-time great movies.

Sure, not that accurate, it's entertainment, this one.
What a blast.

Waterworld was good movie.

Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows (2000) is another underrated gem in my opinion.

I'd have to fall in the camp of: Absolute masterpiece with the nagging side detail that the premise was bullshit.

The premise is sub-relevant to the whole concept.
“All sacrificing without faith and divine desire is an abonimation before God, and does not reach the gate of divine glory; but if man enters therein with the power of faith, he surrenders to it his free will, and desires by that means, and through its instrumentality, to enter into the eternal free will of God.” (Mysterium, xxvii. 13.)

The whole premise was dumb to me.

If the world knew what was going on they'd have built mega floating cities and ships and boats.

Also the only land is like the top of Everest and people can't breathe there.
