The Massachusetts Department of Public Health reports that at least six patients suspected of having the vaping lung illness purchased THC products at licensed marijuana dispensaries in that state. Health officials did not reveal which dispensaries or brands bought legally were implicated. This is not the first time that a case of the lung illness has been linked to a legal product. Dabbing is another topic entirely, and using dab that hasn't been purged of butane is like snorting baby powder. Not impossible, but it's considered a botched product. Extracting all of the butane from shatter is not difficult, and it's easy to tell if some is left over by the way the product burns. The biggest risk concerning shatter is lighting yourself on fire making it. |

And you can claim that all of the butane is extracted but there is no way that is true. I don't believe that for a second. |

Ice water wash your buds and get the bubble hash from it. Then we pack it into the correctly sized micron bag and squish it on a heated press. The oil pours out. This is the future of THC oil. No solvents. This is what us connoisseurs like. I built a Rosin press for about 700 bucks using a 20 ton press from harbor freight and buying the heated press plates online. Best and tastiest oil I've ever had. |

I do it. Lots of other people do it. I have a Juul that I refill the nicotine pods I purchase, rather than buy pre-filled from them. She probably used her own mix in the vape, which contained vitamin E or some other additive that led to her death. It wasn't the THC or Nicotine that killed her, but a rouge additive that shouldn't have been included. This story is the exception, not the rule. |
