Our Constitutional Rights can ONLY be overwritten by calling together a "Constitutional Congress" -- 2/3rds of the House of Delegates & 2/3rds of the Senate (aka "super majoriies") must vote to amend the existing rights. It then must go to the legislatures of all 50 states & be voted on ("ratified").

Any law that countermands the Constitution is illegitimate. America is having it's moment of truth where we sink or swim. We either defy illegitimate & tyrannical laws that are forbidden by the Constitution, or we surrender to this foreign entity subverting it. Considering these same leftist operatives are intent on exterminating dissidents (people who oppose them & support the Constitution, "bitter clingers"), the outcome of this conflict becomes predictable.
