Oh God, I believe this.  If you look at the meat in a Chinese restaurant of the dish Broccoli with Chicken, it doesn't look like chicken It looks very weird And it is boneless Probably cheap chicken. Apparently cat meat looks like beef/pork, while rat meat is comparable with rabbit meat.
