Oh God, I believe this.  If you look at the meat in a Chinese restaurant of the dish Broccoli with Chicken, it doesn't look like chicken It looks very weird And it is boneless I've always thought this. I make chinese flavored food at home and it's miles away from any restaurant i've been in.
