Oh God, I believe this.  If you look at the meat in a Chinese restaurant of the dish Broccoli with Chicken, it doesn't look like chicken It looks very weird And it is boneless I've always thought this. I make chinese flavored food at home and it's miles away from any restaurant i've been in. Yea They say it's chicken but it's very thin and stringy and weird white looking
