Anonymous Coward User ID: 76984449 United States 12/08/2019 01:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've had a hard life. Parents were drug dealers, I was raped when I was 9, got hooked on dope in my late teens - early 20's. Been clean over 15 years now. My wife was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer a week after our first anniversary, we got her thru chemo and radiation only for her to suffer from permanent heart problems due to the treatments. Shes on heart meds now. Thru her treatments we almost went broke and lost out home were it not for charity. I had to pay back taxes for years. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76949843 Everytime I get ahead financially it's like clockwork that something else happens that costs me over a thousand bucks. I basically have no retirement savings and I work my ass off to make as much as I can. I look at all my friends facebook pages and watch their kids grow up while wishing my wife and I could of had our own. (Cant afford to adopt, but we do rescue cats amd dogs if we can) Many mornings when I would wake up from another restless night of cold sweats, I'd put my gun in my hand, look at it, and agree not to kill myself for another 24 hours. A lot of that stopped when I had a minor stroke 3 months ago. Yeah, this life has not been easy at all and I will be grateful on the day that I die that it will be over....but I wont give it up. Not after all this shit I've lived thru. My life is a service-to-others life. I work between the spirit world and physical world to help others and that paints a target on my back for dark forces. I dont care for churches and organized religious, but I live by Matthew 10:8: Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give. I'll be 40 next year. Col. Sanders didnt get anyone to buy his fried chicken receipe until he was in his 70's I think. I'm continuing to hope things will get better in my 40's - 60's if I make it that long. I won't kill myself though. I'll keep going until i am smothered and killed by this God-forsaken place because I am not a Butt-fucking quitter. Wow. You are strong. |

Not to say we can't learn from our environment, the do's and do not's. That's all life is really, people teaching people, and people learning from people, the positives and negatives that balance themselves out. You could be on your way to your departing destination, and you may find something crossing your path that takes the attention away from your own struggle, and maybe you have something to alleviate someone else's struggle, if only for a moment. That is what makes life worth living. And just because a circumstance is stagnant for a time, doesn't mean it will remain that way forever. Sometimes it is best to put yourself on standby until the time of reckoning. Quoting: Zoink In regards to the 'stagnant' part. The ever Changing circle of life. When you look at the italicized part, it answers it directly. “All sacrificing without faith and divine desire is an abonimation before God, and does not reach the gate of divine glory; but if man enters therein with the power of faith, he surrenders to it his free will, and desires by that means, and through its instrumentality, to enter into the eternal free will of God.” (Mysterium, xxvii. 13.) -Personal Christianity. A Science. (p.223) - Jakob Böhme ~ I am Cerberus, the Long Necked "Monster' |

We live in a world where poverty directly correlates to unhappiness. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 54028161 A person CANNOT be happy when constantly faced with financial issues. Not true, there is people that live in the wilderness, and enjoy life without any money. It all just depends if you got lucky with your personality and set of skills. But overall, life is meaningless because all of this isn’t real. Thus, it is not worth living nor fighting for. So OP, you can do whatever the hell you want since everything is fake |

Life is so full of pain, struggle and suffering. Wars, diseases, inequality, injustice, evil... So many bad things.. Is it worth living for you or not? well phrased question, overall. I feel personally like the whole "struggle" is making it worth it. What is "IT"? What is the cost of living? Does the soul lose or gain? |

So OP, you can do whatever the hell you want since everything is fake I have to agree that if you don't have enough to eat and certain protective comforts, your life is worth less...but not worthless. Your life will be worth less to your fellow humans if you aren't able to care for yourself. Poverty does equate to happiness, though poverty is a somewhat subjective designation. But we all know what poor really is, none of those people are hunky dory. And I find people who say none of this is real to whine extra hard when something bad happens to them and shit gets real. |

If you didn't think of walking off a bridge then, having a daughter in this day in age may just tip the scale in death's favor. This is seriously the worst time to have a daughter. Insane suicide fuel and blackpilling when she gets older and starts developing. Good luck dude! |

Quoting: TheRock... 73342054 Life is a gift and if you have a problem with it you fight to make it better or you fight to change what’s wrong. The one thing you never do is throw it away or question its worth. Do something about it and make it worthwhile. How can you be that arrogant to force your opinion about life on others? Who are you? You can express your opinion, but don't fucking force it. Not everyone sees life this way. Everyone has a right to do whatever the fuck they want with their life from ending it to living it. And by forcing your opinion you don't help either. And there is some lives that can't be helped no more for various reasons: from loosing someone too important to being mentally/physically incapable of simply living a basic life. Life isn't seen as a gift by everyone, accept that |
