The good old day's uncle Chuck type of care and respect for relatives are gone. Nowadays, your own sister, brother, cousins could view you as a homeless man. You can put up a smile and greet them with upmost respect, they look at you with a suspicious stare like you're just some homeless guy who popped out of no where.

Social media and instant access are making people cold. They get instant entertainment and progress through internet. They don't need you anymore. I got a sister who abandoned me without even a reply just because she didn't like what I said. I used to pay her way through her college.

So if you are the nice and warm uncle Chuck type of guy, rmeember what I said. Don't get upset if relatives don't give a damn about you. That's how they are nowadays. Keep your own money in your own pocket. No need to buy love and affection with money. Your relatives will only view it as your weakness if you intend to buy their love with money.
