They do it within a year of rederal election for one reason, the people will not vote for them again if those promises are not fullfilled. If you do what you say, you can stay leader for decades. Oppostion leader, same in their party. Either party can vote to sack their respective leader. The main thing is it happens fast and we go forward. Its crazy to have a system where someone as corrupt as donald dtrump can't be removed instantly. You are open to corrupt domestic and foreign influence.
