Unless someone in the audience starts screaming again, it's pointless. The Republicans will object to something, the Dims will move to table and then the vote will be along party lines. No matter how valid the objection is, like the first guy, was he a witness who can disparage the President, or was he a staffer that is not allowed to disparage the President.
