He certainly made some bad hires, but that's the thing about hiring people. You never really know who they are until you see them work. I've hired people with glowing reputations, immaculate resume's, references out the ass...then see them work for a couple months, see how they react to different situations only to find out that they aren't good employees in the long run. Trump has been very good about firing people when he realizes they aren't on the same page as him. |
