If he had we wouldn't be here now and it sure as hell wouldn't have hurt us. Just think about. McMaster was a huge fail as well. He certainly made some bad hires, but that's the thing about hiring people. You never really know who they are until you see them work. I've hired people with glowing reputations, immaculate resume's, references out the ass...then see them work for a couple months, see how they react to different situations only to find out that they aren't good employees in the long run. Trump has been very good about firing people when he realizes they aren't on the same page as him. He CAN declassify whatever he wants. The time has come to let us read the primary documents, not what any IG finds and concludes. If Trump doesn’t bolster the report and report criticism, by declassifying the relevant documents - WHICH HAVE BEEN PROPERLY REQUESTED BY CONGRESS FOR YEARS - then maybe he is a con man. We should get some direction soon. |
