What's the most logical place on the planet to isolate an alien presence on earth?

Something like in the movie district 9.

Re: District 9
When two civilizations of different technologies meet up, what is the likely outcome?

Option 1: Both civilizations advance and there is peace.

Option 2: The aliens buy time till they can gather resources to exterminate the existing race.

Option 3: The existing race advances and the aliens die.

Probably some others as well, but the probably outcome wouldn't look good.

It is generally thought that any alien race able to travel here would be way more advanced than we are.

Lol.

More history than we could imagine.

You know how Australia was an isolation colony.

Could maybe Africa have been one as well?

Maybe even Area 51 is an existing isolation colony.

Yes, it seems there is something in all that water and that water is in us.

Have you ever worked with large groups of domestic or wild animals?

We are viewed that way by some.

Option 2 sounds plausible.

Those aliens resources would have to be pretty awesome to do the job, but I believe.

I'm happy to see you Phi. I had to d.u.m.p the trash couple of days earlier, it's not always easy but I didn't choose an easy life.

I think it will be interesting 2020.

So many possibilities and timeline seems good.

I still maintain, OP, that the aliens in District 9 were victims. Victims who were running from a presumably technologically superior species. This presumably technologically superior species possibly ambushed or otherwise invaded wherever these aliens originated from. As these aliens, or Prawns, escaped in their seemingly highly advanced space ship they wound up getting a number of ship systems seemingly permanently disabled.

All of the command structure personnel on the ship were most likely killed during the attack on their space ship, or more logically died en route to Earth, a last known bastion of safety for their species. For all we know Earth was previously marked as a safe haven for their species because Humanity was either very technologically inferior to them such as Stone Age level technological levels or something else entirely. Meaning the Prawns were using millennia old data concerning the Earth... or knew that Humanity was not only on Earth, but was post Industrial Revolution.

Entirely due to their dire situation they couldn't play Choosing Beggars. So they arrive on Earth on burnt out FTL engines and their auto-pilot which was active throughout their FTL flight to Earth put them into auto-hover mode and a predetermined location above the Earth for safety reasons. Entirely because of the deaths of literally all command personnel all of the surviving aliens went insane with hunger, thirst, and other immediate survival needs. This is why the movie opens with the Prawns acting like vicious animals rather than the intelligent space faring species they really are.

Yesterday I just had this dream of 7 totally random names or words popping out. I wasn't fully asleep, but in some kind of middle state of consciousness.

Candeline Chilly
Moses Armstrong
Lilly Korn
Autonomous
Saulo Carbin
International channel
Luleå University

These appeared in front of a kind a graffiti or something.
I can still remember how it looked like.

This might be a time loop, but the silent whisper has been saying:

"Four heads of state will die in seven days."

Enoch Prophecies I think, kinda far fetched but I've been getting this so I though of sharing it here, since I haven't been "hearing" this before.
