My DNA supported a family tale of our ancestors going down the Mississippi to trade copper from the U.P. for emeralds and silver and bringing a cute Mayan jewelry maker back who had four children and the cold and snow finally got her. I told a couple of Mayan elders this at a gathering around 2008 and they invited my husband and I to their sweat lodge for teachings. Soon you will see drought from misuse of water, invasion again of these peoples, strange sicknesses in your food from them,till you cant eat.
