Why does Trump Use the Rolling Stone Song at the Rallies?

It’s been around 50 years so maybe there is no copyright permission to obtain. Could have chosen ‘Moonriver’ but would be missing something, you think?

I don't expect Rage Against the Machine, but afterall, they were just nice commies. The thing is that words, and music mean things. I am just not sure what it is that Trump is actually trying to convey with this song and it has irritated me since day one.

I never liked the song, and I don't even know the lyrics. Just the tune is annoying to me.

Why are people watching television? Aren't we tired of being deceived, programmed, and manipulated? Trumpward is a master of deception.

I killed my TV about 20 years ago. Literally shot it with a 12 gauge.

This isn't about that tool of control, it is a question about wth the point is behind the song played with permission of Trump at the close of every rally.

One of the things we've considered here is that it is meant as a slap to the Dems. Like, "Look, you may not like this, but here's a whack upside the head to get you to act the right way." Or, "You may not like me, but I am what you need."

Those are the potential positives. At least in our home.

But it still annoys me.
