The "2030" logo is in cute Green letters to condition the libtards to it. I believe it is on the back side of the billing envelope, and you can not miss it(or I guess you somehow did?). It has been there for at least 18 months, but I'm thinking closer to 2-3yrs.
Friendly ribbing incoming... How the hell did you miss it if you really live or own property here in Madison? It is right in your face! My Bull$hit meter is swinging a bit, but this is GLP so I won't call bull$hit quite yet ;)
