Evers doesn't have anything to do with property taxes. "The state legislature enacts all property tax and assessment laws" [ link to www.revenue.wi.gov (secure)] And who has a majority in the state legislature? Scott Walker ran on keeping property taxes down. And he did. First property tax bill without Walker...up over 11%.
