These megaphones have 800-1000 yard ranges. They are not meant to be pointed into someone’s ear in close proximity. That to me is assault because it can cause permanent hearing loss, especially in young children. There needs to be a minimal distance from which it is illegal to to use a megaphone in a public setting. Probably 50 yards.

Of course y’all know that it is easy to shove a megaphone into a person’s face and break their teeth but that would be mean, don’t do that!
