We have paid off our home loan.
Property taxes are $830 a month.
I'm not going to figure out monthly insurance costs but one should consider things like that part of an American montage.
Originally bought our modest 1400 sq ft home in 1980 for $44,500.
Have remodeled and built a separate garage and paid for those also.
Quoting: zero 77408960 Close to 10k annual taxes on what, around a 300K house? And I thought California was bad but my taxes are about 6K a year on an 800K house.
