800 a year property taxes on the condo

The house in Northern Virginia is another $14K in taxes, but again, it is long term leased and operates in the green. Holy shit those are some heavy numbers every year LJ. The investment properties are in high rent areas, with a very high chance of serious price appreciation. The plan is to sell down the road, and make bank ... hopefully. Sounds like the plan is moving in the right direction good for you guys.
