I'll just say this.

For those who have strapped themselves in with gigantic mortgages, property taxes and insurance coverage. Keep in mind, nothing in life is guaranteed, especially when it comes to our health.

We're all just one accident or unfortunate event away from catastrophic financial times.

This is why I keep it real with $0 of debt (my humble abode is paid off with low taxes). $0 mortgage, $0 credit card debt, low tax and insurance burden.

If anything unexpected happens to me, I can live on very little for a long time without worrying if my taxes will be covered. Capiche?

I'm starting a new business in 2020. Even if I make a shit ton of money, I will live very modest and keep my insurance/tax burden very light.

BIG homes require a lot of energy, a lot of upkeep, a lot of everything.
