You own nothing you are a tenant...look at your title...right to use...you can not sell the land...it is a registered deed to use....much like an automobile.... now you sell a toaster..outright because you paid the definitive tax to the state....tax collected are recording deeds at time of closing.....unless you have a land patent title or allodial title...sorry to be a buzzkill
