Zero veggies zero fruit and lots of meat and bone broth. Liver raw....kidney....raw....eggs (yolk only the white is disturbing to gut) brains and blood. I've heard the Cayce material on the subject, and I'm certain he's right about the gut being the source.

Never tried the tea but the rest of his advice is almost impossible, the cure worse than the condition if memory serves.

I have some of this, actually. It doesn't work as well on me as other rx steroid creams, which are no longer covered by my insurance rapists.

I appreciate this but this falls into the "cure worse than the condition" category. I can't eat raw fat, I'll yak.

My wife has Psoriasis. The creme she likes to put on it (Dr. Sheffield's Psoriasis -Salicylic Acid 2%), isn't covered by her health insurance here in Canada so she just had her friend in California send her a bunch of tubes.

I had also bought some coconut oil to put on my cats to get rid of their fleas. My wife put some on her problem areas and said it worked good.

Hmm well the Cayce diet is fairly straightforward, nothing too radical. The teas are soothing to the gut. The gut's permeability has been compromised, that is according to the material, what is triggering the condition.

Fulvic acid. Mix the drops with body lotion and put on affected areas. Also can be taken internally. Only thing that works for eczema, would think it would have same benefits for psoriasis. Can be hard to find, so look online. Also referred to as humic acid. It's the byproduct of decaying humus/peat moss. . . .

Humira cleared it right up when I had insurance. Now, slathering on coconut oil. It's messy and can be time consuming depending on your coverage, but it moistens the skin and removes most of the burn and itching. I use this along with Ibuprofen for the inflammation. When itching and burning is a real problem in the evening, I take an OTC Benadryl tablet before bed. Whatever you do, don't let the Psoriatic Arthritis set in. It's crippling me! Also, the oil will stain your clothes and wait for it to dry some before going to bed. As I said, it's just a mess.

Motrin gave me an ulcer, so that's out(ish) for regular usage. I'm thinking about CBD oil but is it bullshit?

psoriasis here but not normal... I rarely get rashes, and if I dont scratch them they go away quickly, I find taking cold showers almost stopped the rashes, hot water flares them up. but my JOINTS! shoulders wrist hips back knees, psoriatic arthritis is eating me alive. As far as I understand it is an autoimmune problem, my white blood cells are attacking my joints and skin.

Topical Clindamycin helps to clear up my boils and my Psoriasis and Psoriatic arthritis are completely controlled with Humira.

I know this cause I had a spot on my body for over 20 years. obviously stressful times it would flare up. but there was also times it disappeared. only to flare up recently, past 10 years and it has stayed.

until I adjusted my relaxed sleeping positions. I learned how to strengthen areas of weakness before I would fall asleep in my bed. I concentrated on one area, next day muscle was sore, the second day my psoriasis disappeared for the one particular area.

your strength of your body and function properly is in your spine. don't focus muscle strengthening on your biceps legs ect, focus on the spine and your core. good luck

My son gets it and the only thing that helps him is washing with African Black Soap and using a jewelweed salve.

I've found that the more you are able to clear the skin, the more it attacks the joints. :(

For those talking about the Humira I believe I cannot take it due to constantly having boils.

Next year I have better insurance so I'll be looking into more options, but for now I just have Rapists.
