I'm from Ukraine, and most of the population is Orthodox. Orthodox church is almost like Catholics, they worship icons and images. Orthodox church is a political tool to control people. Popes have nice and expensive cars, they do everything for money. In Russia there are Old Orthodox believers, when Lenin became a leader, some real Orthodox people ran to woods and mountains, they still live there and worship God. Orthodox church in Russia is involved in politics and brainwashing people. Everyone who worships icons, images and idols are pagan. Only Jesus is Holy, and only Him we should worship. Only real priest we have is Jesus.

Cherry picking? At least the verses I POST DIRECTLY address how Jesus - and Father God & Apostles - describe the Holy Spirit. YOU have to look for verses to "weave together" for false doctrine, which can't even answer specific questions that I've posed time and time AGAIN.

1. Notice God ANOINTED Jesus WITH the Holy Spirit.

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

2. Jesus was FILLED with AND LED by the Holy Spirit.

4. Blaspheming Jesus is forgivable - but NOT the Holy Spirit.

Men - because their "human understanding" of them clashed with what "canon" the church leaders CHOSE to accept.

The Apsotles wrote of false doctrines being taught even while they were alive. It got much worse at time moved on and pagan Romans took over the churches.

The Roman Catholic church tries to back-date their list of popes all the way to Peter, yet it was Romans who killed all of the prior to Constantine's "vision".

The congregation set up by Paul in Rome became a church with a bishop, just like dozens of others around the Mediterranean.

And ALL so-called early "popes" were basically nothing more than bishops, with no true authority over Christendom.

Only through subsequent Edicts did the church in Rome start claiming authority over the next several centuries.

The Church gradually became a defining institution of the Roman Empire. Emperor Constantine issued the Edict of Milan in 313 proclaiming toleration for the Christian religion, and convoked the First Council of Nicaea in 325 whose Nicene Creed included belief in "one holy catholic and apostolic Church". Emperor Theodosius I made Nicene Christianity the state church of the Roman Empire with the Edict of Thessalonica of 380.

Through such "Edicts" Rome mixed pagan statues, beliefs etc...into the "church", turning the apostolic churches into a hiararchy / tradition-laden religion, just like Judaism had become.

The Waldensians LEFT the Rome area because of such.

The RCC truly didn't start grasping hold of the Catholic Empire until 445, when the emperor Valentinian III decreed that all western bishops must obey the pope.

Notice that BOTH Theodosius AND Valentinian III were EMPERORS.

NOT popes. Rome mere "back-dated" their line of popes, all the way to Peter.

Finally, it's ironic that prior to Constantine's Edict of making Christianity "legal", Roman authorities spent the previous 290 years persecuting Christians.

Then, in 385 CE the first Christians, were beheaded for heresy in Trier/Germany the Spanish Priscillianus and six followers.

This began a centuries-long assualt on both pagans AND non-Catholics that lasted up until the 1700's.

Finally, the Bible wasn't "made" by the RCC. All they did was chose which manuscripts to consider as doctrine.

The manuscripts used to create the Bible existed 200+ years BEFORE Constantine legalized Christianity.

Roman leaders spent the entire 290+ years between Christ's death and Constantine's supposed vision in 312 AD persecuting and killing Christians.

They had NO control etc...of the network of Christian churches that had been in existence since the apostles had begun establishing them after Christ's ascension.

Rome merely assimilated them, beginning with the Council of Nicea.
