when you face some court action always stipulate you are co representing yourself and write "all rights reserved" an any document you sign. All corporate lawyers do this.
never put your life in the hands of a lawyer, they will stab the common man in the back every single time. you can object to and direct your own lawyers actions only if you co represent yourself. the old adage a person who represents himself in court has a fool for a client was made up by lawyers, go figure, the jury will be made up of people just like you, who naturally mistrust lawyers and the system itself.
