The thread's basic assertion is absolutely true, but some readers still aren't getting it. When they changed that one word, the American people no longer had the Constitution which the Founding Fathers constructed and signed. It was taken from them and changed to the construct that Washington D.C. was ruled by that Constitution from London, and the American people, their names all in capital letters, are chattel under that arrangement. Now do you get it? As chattel, you are pledged at birth by being assigned a Social Security number, as collateral for the bankers' debts. It is by this arrangement that you must appeal for a job, financial "benefits", identify yourself to a badged criminal who wrongly presumed to have authority over you (they deride you as a nut case Sovereign Citizen). This is not rocket science. Tjose who did this knew exactly what they were doing, although they may not have yet envisioned attributes of their slave system as the Social Security system, the badged psychopaths walking up on you under the most entitled settings, etc.
