Yep, it was another casualty of the Civil War.
There has not been a legal Congress since then.
One of many "dirty secrets" being kept from
We the People.

It is time for the 28th amendment:
Congress shall make no law affecting the citizens that does not affect congress equally.
Congress shall make no law affecting congress that does not affect the citizens equally.
Congress shall not exempt themselves from any law they pass.

Even better, just update the bogus 16-18th amendments
with the above. And add a reminder to SCOTUS that
dual citizens are not allowed to vote or hold office.
