The Book of Life gets an entry when conception takes place, mankind is modeled after God and the Holy Spirit in looks and relationship in that Adam and Eve were created as a married couple.
This covers all people (and all other flesh as well) from Adam to the 7,000 that die in the Re:11 earthquake just as the 2nd woe ends.

Ge:2:7:
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground,
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;
and man became a living soul.
Ec:3:20:
All go unto one place;
all are of the dust,
and all turn to dust again.
Ec:12:7:
Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:
and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
Ec:9:10:
Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do,
do it with thy might;
for there is no work,
nor device,
nor knowledge,
nor wisdom,
in the grave,
whither thou goest.
Job:14:12-15:
So man lieth down,
and riseth not:
till the heavens be no more,
they shall not awake,
nor be raised out of their sleep.
O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave,
that thou wouldest keep me secret,
until thy wrath be past,
that thou wouldest appoint me a set time,
and remember me!
If a man die,
shall he live again?
all the days of my appointed time will I wait,
till my change come.
Thou shalt call,
and I will answer thee:
thou wilt have a desire to the work of thine hands.

Job is referencing the Great White Throne resurrection as the 1,000 year era is not mentioned in the Bible until the last few pages. That event is held in the '3rd heaven' which is outside of what is mentioned in Ge:1:1. Those also have a 'heaven'. Eden is the 1st heaven and it reaches as high as birds can fly. 'Flesh' is the dominate life form, it can also die. God allows 120 years for flesh to learn all there is about that heaven. Re:12 defines the heaven that is for immortals, aka 'angels' and that is the rest of the universe. They leave that home and enter the 3rd heaven at the time of the GWT event and they stay there. Mankind lives as flesh for the 1st 120 years of their life and then God makes them immortals which means they no longer have to eat to remain alive. Time also changes from 24 hours in a single day to 1,000 years (our time) is equal to a single day. One day would be 360,000 years and 120 years would be ??? Time in the 3rd heaven is not given but progression suggests 1 day there might be 10,000 of our years with no end.
All flesh is destined to enter that place, the 4 beasts around the throne in Re:4 are the oldest beings in the Bible. Two of them are the parents of God and the other two are the parents of the Holy Spirit, tow being that are perfected and they have a perfected child named 'Christ', the 4 beings are his 'grandparents'. They were also the 'seed' for all other flesh that was created on Eden before the 6th day started, an honor we follow my naming children after their grandparents.

2Co:12:2:
I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago,
(whether in the body,
I cannot tell;
or whether out of the body,
I cannot tell:
God knoweth;)
such an one caught up to the third heaven.
Heb:12:22-25:
But ye are come unto mount Sion,
and unto the city of the living God,
the heavenly Jerusalem,
and to an innumerable company of angels,
To the general assembly and church of the firstborn,
which are written in heaven,
and to God the Judge of all,
and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant,
and to the blood of sprinkling,
that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
See that ye refuse not him that speaketh.
For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth,
much more shall not we escape,
if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
Heb:12:2-8:
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;
who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross,
despising the shame,
and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself,
lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Ye have not yet resisted unto blood,
striving against sin.
And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children,
My son,
despise not thou the chastening of the Lord,
nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth,
and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
If ye endure chastening,
God dealeth with you as with sons;
for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
But if ye be without chastisement,
whereof all are partakers,
then are ye bastards,
and not sons.

The GWT event has 3 groups in it. Job would be in the group that 'death' gives up, after a dreamless sleep. The giants from the OT that had most of it's members die in the flood, they are the ones the Seas give up even though the last 6 gingered person died in the exodus wars. That is related to Ge:6 and how angels broke the Re:22 set of laws that govern them. I will do a thread about that.
The last group are the ones that are in the grave yet remain awake like Jonah was, that is known as 'great tribulation' so they are the group in the verses below. They appear to be about as saved as a person needs to be to be offered that drink of water.

Re:7:9-17:
After this I beheld,
and,
lo,
a great multitude,
which no man could number,
of all nations,
and kindreds,
and people,
and tongues,
stood before the throne,
and before the Lamb,
clothed with white robes,
and palms in their hands;
And cried with a loud voice,
saying,
Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne,
and unto the Lamb.
And all the angels stood round about the throne,
and about the elders and the four beasts,
and fell before the throne on their faces,
and worshipped God,
Saying,

Blessing,
and glory,
and wisdom,
and thanksgiving,
and honour,
and power,
and might,
be unto our God for ever and ever.

And one of the elders answered,
saying unto me,
are these which are arrayed in white robes?

These are they which came out of great tribulation,
and have washed their robes,
and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Therefore are they before the throne of God,
and serve him day and night in his temple:
and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
They shall hunger no more,
neither thirst any more;
neither shall the sun light on them,
nor any heat.
For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them,
and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters:
and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
Re:21:1-8:
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:
for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
And I John saw the holy city,
new Jerusalem,
coming down from God out of heaven,
prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying,
Behold,
the tabernacle of God is with men,
and he will dwell with them,
and they shall be his people,
and God himself shall be with them,
and be their God.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;
and there shall be no more death,
neither sorrow,
nor crying,
neither shall there be any more pain:
for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said,
Behold,
I make all things new.
And he said unto me,
Write:
for these words are true and faithful.
And he said unto me,
It is done.
I am Alpha and Omega,
the beginning and the end.
I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcometh shall inherit all things;
and I will be his God,
and he shall be my son.
But the fearful,
and unbelieving,
and the abominable,
and murderers,
and whoremongers,
and sorcerers,
and idolaters,
and all liars,
shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:
which is the second death.
