The American character has changed since the end of WW2. I don't know if it can be changed back. It used to be that children aspired to be adults. Now adults aspire to be children. You can see it in their faces, the sheer immaturity, the unwillingness or inability to consider any need but their own, the inability to see beyond their own life span to think that they are creating for future generations. That they, in fact, can create the future.

This is a SPIRITUAL SICKNESS. The answer is in religion.

Brain is a funny thing... and its ability to "learn" can be as much its doom as its boon.

People are literally subjected to emotional torture (by the so-called "state", or "civilization", or "education") from the moment they're born, and their brains eventually "learn" (in effect, become "programmed") to think: "That's just how things are, and I can do nothing about it."

It's exactly the same method employed for training wild animals.

... which is why "Switzerland" (the part of it under the ground) coming up with the idea to use passports for branding their livestock (the so-called "citizens") makes perfect sense.

After all, animus revertendi (the legal bases for passports of all the countries in the world) means, quite literally:

"(this) animal (is) to be returned (to its rightful owner)"

The fact that the animals in question (passport holders) have "chosen" (been trained) to brand themselves as animals that are to be returned to their rightful owners (the so-called "states") changes nothing.

They (we) are still animals with owners... as opposed to "animals of the wild", which is another legal concept, also worth looking up.

It's the legal bases for killing other people... ah, my bad... other animals... and stealing their properties... which, in legal sense, is neither Stealing, nor Property, since those are "animals of the wild", and thus: free-for-all.

True, "citizens" are talking, only seemingly reasonable and intelligent animals, but still animals.

The reality of the situation, therefore, truly is that "that's just how things are", because...
