people need to drain all of their blood

not enough rest a holistic dr. told me this is the true cause.

Inflammation yes. Lack of oxygenation. Insulin resistance? Back to inflammation. It's interesting, I saw a video of a doc (I think posted on a thread here), saying insulin is actually anti-inflammatory, and inflammation results from it being blocked from certain areas due to resistance. He also said that insulin resistance is basically the cause of almost any malady across the board.

But more than sugar it's carbohydrates that convert to sugar which causes inflammation which causes cracks in lining of blood vessel. Body responds by using cholesterol as a "patch" on the crack which keeps you alive. But over the years as this continues there are more and more cholesterol patches until blood flow is restricted and BOOM! You are dead.

American standard diet which is high in carbs kills you.

But don't worry. Big agriculture makes tons of money selling you breakfast cereals and medical facilities make tons of money while you are sick--so you are helping the US economy!

Or....you could eat a low carb or even a ketogenic or carnivore diet and stay healthy.

The devil asked and God allowed it. We sometimes have no idea why. But all things work together for good for those who are of the body of Christ.

Sugar. Most regular non-transfats are fine. The brain runs on fats so low-fat diets are not a good thing. Sugar causes inflamation in the circulatory system and hardening of arteries as a result. Sugar is the real problem.
