No one would employ the guy. He spent years applying and jumping through hoops to meet their requirements. He had notes from doctors and psychiatrists testifying to his unfitness for any kind of work, although anyone could tell he was unfit, and they ran him around in circles, saying the notes weren't good enough and they needed to see the doctor and psychiatrist both in person at the same time in court. Imagine a broken down lunatic of a homeless man trying to wrangle a couple of busy young professionals into court on the same day to talk to a judge. The whole damned system is unnecessarily difficult and obstructive. (Unless you can't even speak English, in which case, it's remarkable how fast non-native speakers can skate through the system, fill out hundreds of pages of paperwork, visit and convince all those stone-faced bureaucrats. They seem to max out all entitlements in a week, without having any idea how to fill out the back of a cereal box. |

I pointed out that I had tried to apply online and the system kept putting me through the disability qualification questions...... She explained that "re-qualifying" for disability was part of the process....I told her that it felt like she was trying to find some fraud or error in my disability to take money from me...."Oh no, that's not it at all". The man that owns this property and the old house trailer that I spent a year rebuilding quit charging me rent about 8 years ago because "I do more for him than anyone else". Rent used to be $60 for an RV spot with hookups that I used for the first couple years. Then when I suggested I could fix the house trailer to use for storage he suggested another $40 for that, total of $100 a month. As repairs progressed I started living here. Then later he canceled my rent. Long story short I just got a letter from SS that I earned $100 from "self employment" every month I got disability... After 2 calls today it finally comes out that they are deducting my "rent" as income...WTF? There never was a rent agreement for the last 9 years. This fucking bitch gov't employee is just trying to justify her fucking existence by fucking people.... Fucking Bitch. What confuses me is that if I had been paying rent it would have been deducted from my pension.....which would have been an increase to my disability payment. So how the hell does my helping the landowner make me liable for $100 a month? I now owe SS disability $450. Not the whole $100 a month for the 26 months I drew it but they want $17.50 per month paid back. They take $100- $65=$35 and take half of that or $17.50. You know it had to be some fucking liberal democrat that signed this bullshit into law..... Yes I am appealing but it is such a waste of time. Fucking Bitch interviewer at SS fucked me for $450 just to justify her worthless existence. I'm pissed.
