Things are indeed getting worse, and will intensify until the final "denouement". That is why it is essential that we get our spiritual houses in order. This involves looking closely at our behaviour and trying to improve it. This involves looking closely at our relationships, and trying to improve them. Sometimes this is not possible, or people do not respond, and then we are thrown back again to OURSELVES and which path to take next.

The path of self-reflection and self-correction is paramount. Those who cannot say "OH, IT SEEMS I MADE A MISTAKE" (and this relates not only to personal behaviour but also beliefs about history, political allegiances, personal worldviews etc) WILL NOT FARE WELL.

Books which provide spiritual education can help. Indeed, parts of the Bible can help, yet other parts are blood thirsty, immoral and lacking in wisdom. As always, it is our choice what to concentrate on.

Since you ask, R.D., a color crusader is someone who tries to bring more color into other people's lives, in a physical sense (as I am among other things an artist) and in a spiritual sense - attempting to provide others with inspiration.

Colours are actually medicinal. Green fights inflammation, Blue fights and reverses anemia. Yellow stimulates the brain, Orange stimulates physical strength, Red can balance emotions and Violet acts on the heart, lungs and blood vessels. Look at what you're missing out on!

Thank you for your comment, dear AC. All completely correct, though red may have a somewhat negative effect if a whole room has red walls, for example, as it can also bring emotions "to the boil", so to speak.

Colour therapy is effective, as in the use of colored light shining on the body. Also, try using watercolors, and painting 100 layers of yellow on top of each other, for example. Then do the same with red. And the same for green. And note the difference in emotional state. And note that green is soothing - part of the reason why walks in nature are soothing .....

Thank you for your comment, AC. Indeed, many issues are solved by being honest with oneself, if that is what you are saying below - I was not quite sure. But this will not solve everything. Being honest and being compassionate will help, yet without critical thinking and development of mind, we will get nowhere because we will become manipulated and controlled (which we already are).

Why are children in Africa starving? Many reasons. Mostly because knowledge of the cosmic rules of balance, such as WE ARE ONE, and WHAT WE GIVE, WE RECEIVE (as referenced in my last post) is not uppermost in our minds. In addition to that come the vestiges of colonial history and exploitation on all levels. Thus we need complete debt forgiveness. Still better, dismantling the money system. This is a huge aim, but it will be achieved,

Another comment on this. Of course we all make mistakes, at the time when we make them. We can call them that if we want. Yet with hindsight, a day or a month or even 10 years later, we might tend less towards calling it a mistake, and more towards calling it part of an essential learning process. There are of course mistakes which will never be "transmuted" in this way, namely murder, rape, etc. However dreadful, these are nevertheless also part of a learning process for all concerned.
