Hello Mr Robot, or Mr Human Being, which I am assuming you are: it sounds as if you are isolated from your fellow human beings, or as if you feel you have been wronged or neglected. Sorry to hear that. I wonder who has actually contributed to you being in this world at this time. There must have been some nurturing or feeding or helping along the way. Maybe you do not recognize this. In that case, presuming you were helped at one stage, this was unconditional love on their part, because no recognition of it is forthcoming from your part.

Which brings us to the question: is unconditional love important? Or do we only show love to those who show love to us? This would seem to be a limited set up, restricting love to certain circles only. So what if someone who is desperate, or in despair, or needing help, comes into your life, just for one second, or for five minutes? Is this person to be rejected or refuse help on the premise that they have not taken on any responsibility for you?

Thank you for your answer Mr Robot. If we offer sincerity, then we will manage to cross more bridges than we thought, and touch people n a way that they will open up more to us, thus they are more likely to be sincere in return. If we shout act someone, or avoid them, then we increase the chance of being shouted at or avoided in return. This is what lies behind the cosmic rule WE RECEIVE WHAT WE GIVE.

As I am someone, LOL, I can discuss it! However, I have no bus-driving experience.
I see that some others have given some advice on your thread. I would think that the QUALITIES needed for such a job are dependability, flexibility, good health and the ability to react quickly. Intuition tells me also that integrity/honesty are also essential qualities in this case. Good luck.

Hello AC 78498407: not sure if I have understood you here .... I assume you are talking about confession, which could be seen as a way of "accusing oneself", or rather, acknowledging that one's own behavior is lacking, and taking on responsibility for the consequences. To acknowledge this, however, one does not need to tell a priest. And neither can a priest absolve and make it "alright" again - we have to do that ourselves through changing our behaviour. We are all GODS CHOSEN, by the way: the only question being DO WE HEAR THE CALL?

This leads up to the next question:

How much responsibility do you take on for yourself?

I take on as much responsibility as I can handle, so long as it's something I'm willing to do, or would be willing to ask that person for help with in the future.

ie- if I'd ask them for the same help without flinching, then yes, I'd help. If I wouldn't ask them for that same help without flinching, then no, I would not help.

I think in this way, a person avoids being put upon. It's not necessarily tit for tat, but it helps to keep boundaries while still being helpful enough to be able to ask for help in return.

Great answer, AC. Indeed, boundaries are so necessarily, in order to protect oneself, as you mention, but also to give the other person SPACE SO THAT THEY CAN TAKE ON RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEMSELVES. Without this space, or us "holding back", they would become dependent on us and not develop soul growth. This is the great challenge for parents when they see their children growing up, allowing them enough leeway but still guiding and taking on responsibility when necessary. If I find myself struggling for the right words in a difficult situation, I will put my hand on my heart, and this helps .... so this seems to similar to what you say.
