Voice to Skull Used on American Citizens

Anyone else recall that during the initial Iraq invasion, there were reports coming out of Iraq from people claiming they "heard voices in their head" telling them to surrender to troops? In addition to leaflets being dropped from airplanes overhead, the U.S. military confirmed that new warfare technology was being tested on the population. One of which, was voice-to-skull tech reportedly beamed inland from naval ships anchored off the coast, as well as from aircraft.

In 2007, the Washington Post featured an article detailing the use of this voice-to-skull technology being used on U.S. populations as a testing ground. One of the cities targeted was Portland.

Something to consider in light of this is the strange and inexplicable events that occurred, and continue to occur, in "progressive cities" like Oregon going back to the beginning of Trump's candidacy. What if this technology is being used in other cities like San Francisco, New York, Boston, Broward, District of Columbia, etc. for the purpose of inciting riots, protests, and violent hatred, and even the overthrow of Trump? It would certainly explain the bizarre behaviors and 'mob-mentality' that has been demonstrated by large factions of the population residing in these cities. Think of the implications of this, and consider the DEWs used to burn out California, and then consider that they may be using this technology as an effective means to enforce Agenda 21 along with the entire NWO package plan.
