i would argue that in order to restore order and perform mass arrests of congress and other inter-agency there would be no choice but to enact martial law, i cant see any way out of martial law if the senate backs trump on performing mass arrests.

also youve got to realise this is gonna cause mass civil disorder if the impeachment is successful (unlikely) or more to the point it falls through the floor(likely), to keep the streets safe-ish during this period, martial law will need to be rolled out across the republic.

remember trump said there not after me, theyre after YOU!
