I think we need to face a really harsh truth.

Every single person ever convicted with evidence obtained by a FISA warrant is going to be screaming to their lawyers to have their convictions over turned. At a minimum they will be getting the FISA applications reviewed for accuracy.

Someone pointed out - formal fisa Investigation started Feb 2018 but only a ‘potential’ compromise advisement was sent to fisc in Oct 2019.

Giving cover. I’d argue that the fisc had common media knowledge. Kinda like how the IC used planted media stories to start investigating.
