And Devin Nunes wrote the FISA Court twice and never got an answer

They knew is was bogus well before the IG Report

--------------------

I think we need to face a really harsh truth.

The POTUS (obama), the top people in the FBI and CIA, AG, top judges, many in the house and senate, military, and the media conspired in a coup attempt.

Where the fuck does that leave us???

Every single person ever convicted with evidence obtained by a FISA warrant is going to be screaming to their lawyers to have their convictions over turned. At a minimum they will be getting the FISA applications reviewed for accuracy.

These dipshits in the FBI who allowed their TDS to dictate the day have no idea the can of worms they have opened.

How much would we like to see someone like KSM's conviction over turned, wouldn't that be great? WTG assholes!

once they establish that the Judges were all complicit in this,
yes all those cases will have to be thrown our and
the Judges sent to Prison.

what is unfortunate is that, they'll try to pin some guy who legitimately was just 'doing his/her' job as commanded from above. But they'll take the heat/rap and end up being the 'one who started it all'. they're now trying to shape the outcome. they write this shit like writers do scripts. it's nauseating to say the least.

and if the people who're claiming USMCA is agenda 21 holds true, we've been sold so far down river the shits not funny. But it is what it is, we voted for all of this no matter how insane it may have become/is. It's reality and honestly solutions are long in the tooth, ya know?

Not sure who is worse, the ring leader of the crime scheme or the one that actually performs the dirty work.

Politicians are using these 3rd party conspirators to do the dirty work in what is manipulated to make it appear legal.

Keeping their dirty little hands out of the cookie jar, but eating the cookies.

Lawyers - foundations - businesses, whatever mechanism that keeps a barrier between the ring leaders and the crime, always structured to look legally legit.

Such barriers can be hard to penetrate. DOJ & Courts can if they choose to, and that is what happening here, with an unknown outcome on how messy or far this goes.

Interesting times.

FISA Court news: Judge Rosemary Collyer, who I am told has health issues, will step down early as presiding judge & Chief Justice Roberts has tapped Judge James Boasberg to take over that role in the new year. (Collyer will apparently remain a FISA judge; her term ends in March.)

Unauthorized "error rate" of 85%. That means 53,550 unlawful searches of the database by FBI contractors between Nov to May 2016. For specific people/entities, repeatedly, during the GOP primary.

Give some context for Obama surveillance.

Its way worse than that. The FBI gets a two hop spying on civilians , meaning every body that contacted anybody and everybody that contacted them and any body that had contact with them, That's a two hop surveilence okey dokey.

That means that up to 25000 people that every person knows can be legally spied on. That's everybody.

Someone pointed out - formal fisa Investigation started Feb 2018 but only a ‘potential’ compromise advisement was sent to fisc in Oct 2019.

Giving cover. I’d argue that the fisc had common media knowledge. Kinda like how the IC used planted media stories to start investigating.
Not to mention two recent fisc judge rulings of compromise in past cpl years (after the court had problems years ago & implemented Woods Procedure).

This is a shitshow

Nunes was right all along, no wonder they are trying to smear him

No but there were rumors Wray had a hand in it.

There’s corruption at every single turn. I can’t imagine they walk but do believe that Barr is there to protect the agency. I just don’t know to what degree he’ll be able to.

They’re still getting away with things daily. Like yest, judge sentenced FBI agent to 7 days for accessing a pro- Trump researcher’s emails.

The arrogance is strong & off the rails
