I wonder how he'll take that. Someone had to tell him what to do..... Quoting: Blue State Rebel Of course, it’s highly doubtful he concocted this on his own Will he sing and be Epsteined Or will he take his chances thinking he’s just going to get a slap on the hand How hard will it be to prove he intentionally changed the email? They seem to get away with everything they do There are emails or texts from him in a panic though, that may help ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |

It's corrupt at every level so they all cover for each other. It's like a rotten onion. I think what happens to Clinesmith depends on how much they can pin on him. If it's just changing the 1 email, even though it was a critical change, probably nothing. He should at MINIMUM be disbarred. If he's heavily involved, I would not be surprised to see him Epsteined. I don't know if singing will save him. In his 2nd term, Trump really has to FIRE, demote, transfer as many people as possible. These agencies need to be scattered to the winds, or eliminated entirely or rebuilt. Changing the bureaucracy should be a major Trumpian goal. |

What will be interesting is any nefarious deeds on the other applications the judge is asking for on him I think he will be disbarred at the minimum, but that’s not good enough, IMO ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |

What will be interesting is any nefarious deeds on the other applications the judge is asking for on him I think he will be disbarred at the minimum, but that’s not good enough, IMO No, definitely not good enough!!!! Clinton was disbarred but that didn't stop him and wifey from accumulating tens of millions of dollars. I think what they do with a lot of these criminals - the ones they don't Epstein - is they buy their silence off with gifts down the road - lucrative book deals or consultancies or no show contracting jobs. They have so many resources at their fingertips, so many ways of paying people off, and a lot of it is ultimately on the public's dollar. That's a big reason, perhaps THE big reason, that the Federal govt must be drastically reduced over time. There's too much money floating around and much of it gets "lost" or parceled out in ways we can't track. And even if we do....they're borderline legal, like the Hunter Biden scheme. What's REALLY openly illegal about the Hunter Biden thing (unless they can prove money laundering) is Joe Biden publicly stating that the held up foreign aid money until they fired the prosecutor. That's OPEN CORRUPTION. |

He changed it from: Carter page is a CIA informant to Carter page is not a CIA informant And then presented that falsified evidence to the FISA court. But he WAS a CIA ASSET! ...and a patsey, a bribe taking, liar and should be treated as a CRIMINAL, ie. locked away in gitmo... instead of being protected as a legitimate informant. |

Quoting: ~kpm~ The court also asked for descriptions of how the Justice Department and FBI is verifying that those submissions were accurate. Justice Department watchdog says FBI could have ended Carter Page surveillance months earlier The FISC order also asks for information on whether Clinesmith -- referred to as "an attorney in the FBI's Office of the General Counsel" in the order -- faces possible disciplinary action from the bar. possible disciplinary action from the bar? He'll hung at GITMO. |

They instead rely on 'interns' to perform that legwork. OF COURSE the FISA ABUSE was going on way before the FBI admitted to this case, the 'EVIDENCE WAS CLEARLY MANIPULATED TO FIT THE FAKE CRIME', heads should be rolling! Probably just sacrifice 2 or 3 mid level people. Doubt they touch Comey. Also these FISA Court directives have a smell of CYA on them. My opinion--FISA judges were in on the scam. Agreed; as evidenced by the fact that they blew off Nunes' letters to the court about the abuses he was privy to. |

He recused himself after the texts were found and later quit the FISC. How many more are involved? We need Durham to investigate the FISA judges. |

That was for the Flynn...... Senior FBI official Peter Strzok says he didn't arrange a cocktail party with a federal judge who serves on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, despite telling his mistress in a text message that he would. Strzok suggested a "cocktail party" with U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras in a July 25, 2016, message to FBI attorney Lisa Page. Days later, on July 31, Strzok opened the FBI's probe of possible Trump campaign collusion with Russia.
