The group's president, Tom Fitton, brought up a valid point: if Chairman Schiff has nothing to hide and he believes releasing the call information was perfectly acceptable, why has the Committee failed to release these records?

Rep. Banks Sends Letter to Sen. Graham Over Impeachment: You Need to Subpoena These People's Phone Records


Because Schiff subpoenaed AT&T for phone records, Banks believes Graham should obtain call records for Chairman Adam Schiff, former Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and Mark Zaid, the lawyer for the Ukrainian whistleblower.

"The public has a right to know with whom Rep. Adam Schiff has coordinated his impeachment effort and if America's national security is at risk in any way as a result of Rep. Schiff's actions," Banks wrote.

Judge Michael Mukasey has also raised questions about the legality of how the records were obtained....

Mukasey blasted that, saying that Congress doesn’t actually have the power under the law to subpoena records directly from the phone company.

The judge said you can only get them if you’re law enforcement or if the company is trying to save someone’s life.

Neither of which would give permission to Congress or Adam Schiff to get them.

Mukasey suggested that if Schiff had done that he may have committed a crime.

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) has already said that he intends to sue over the records and the clear attempt by Schiff to try to smear the folks whose records were included.

Mukasey said it was very problematic if Congress is able to go to the provider and just get people’s records and that we deserve answers from Schiff.

The report shows dozens of call records in the April 10–24 timeframe, including calls between one of the president’s personal attorneys, Rudy Giuliani, and Nunes.

The records reflect several conversations between investigative journalist John Solomon and Lev Parnas, an associate of Giuliani.

Parnas also spoke with Nunes and Giuliani, the records show.

The logs also feature calls between Giuliani and the White House, among others.

It’s unclear how Schiff obtained the records.

Parnas and his associate, Igor Fruman, were indicted earlier this year for an alleged scheme to route foreign money to the U.S. elections.

Investigators in the case likely obtained Parnas’s call logs.

Schiff has denied issuing subpoenas for Nunes and Solomon’s phone records during an interview on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

“But it’s very important to point out … we did not subpoena Devin Nunes’s call records.

We did not subpoena any journalist’s call records.

And that is simply false information being pushed by the president’s allies,” Schiff said.


So how did he get them?!?!?!

Schiff got those records from someone in either the NSA or the CIA.

Here's why:

1) they "discovered" the connections between all these individuals by processing "MetaData" as stated by The Schiff Staff member that appeared before the House Judiciary Committee during its impeachment hearing.

2) Schiff does not have the means or equipment to process terabytes of metadata necessary to make the connections between all these different phone numbers nor does he have ability to create a metadata search even if he had even one of the numbers.

3) Schiff has claimed to have all sorts of proof that President Trump should be impeached for years now and has not delivered on any of his claims, that's because the means that he has used to get what he claims to have is from a leaker inside the NSA or the CIA that is illegally still surveilling President Trump and feeding Schiff this information.

How did they discover it?

Were they were fed the “metadata” from either NSA or CIA?

They have been illegally spying on Trump et al for the last few years?

It was so evident when Parnas and Fruman were indicted that something was up, that Giuliani had been watched

Why did Pile of Schiff blow his wad revealing the records in the impeachment ?

Veiled threat or hubris?

Schiff was already gathering metadata searches from the NSA even before he was given the green light to impeach by Pelosi.

That's why His committee was chosen to start the impeachment process instead of Nadler's Judiciary which is the only proper one to impeach with.

He had a direct line to the NSA.

In other words, Schiff was using the NSA to surveil President Trump and the entire executive branch before anything to do with Ukraine even happened.

No wonder Schiff didn't appear before the Judiciary Committee hearing on Impeachment, he knew that Republicans would ask him how he got his information.

This also explains why Pelosi is sitting on the articles of impeachment, Schiff would have to explain why he has his own personal spying apparatus looking into everything President Trump is doing.

By the way, metadata can also be used to sift through mountains of emails and any other electronic communications using keywords by the NSA.

I'm sure if I had illegally obtained phone records it wouldn't take Judicial Watch to sue before they threw my ass in jail.

Intelligence Committee Democrats have said they did not subpoena Nunes’s or Solomon’s phone records. But they declined to name specific individuals whose phone records they targeted.

More details about the Schiff subpoenas emerged during Monday’s hearing. GOP counsel Stephen Castor testified that Republicans had received copies of six subpoenas.

The first was submitted to AT&T for Giuliani’s records, while the second was submitted to CSC Holdings in regard to Igor Fruman, an associate of Giuliani’s who was indicted with Parnas in connection with an alleged campaign finance fraud scheme.

The third, related to Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland, was submitted to Verizon, while the fourth and fifth were also sent to AT&T.

The fact that Schiff subpoenaed from so many different sources means that they did this to cover their tracks and hide what they had already received from the NSA, not just that these calls were made but what was said on these calls.

Remember Schiff claim that he had the transcript of what President Trump and the President of Ukraine had said.

The NSA would have a copy of that call, and Schiff was made to look like an ass when he had to lie before his own committee with his dramatic reading of what Schiff wanted the president to say after Trump released the transcript.

Actually President Trump can order the NSA to find and expose who is working for Schiff inside the NSA without Graham subpoenaing anything.

That Schiff has someone in the NSA leaking him information on the President's phone calls is highly problematic and illegal.

The Swamp is Very, Very Deep.

The crimes and corruption is so pervasive that I would think members of Congress and Senate on both sides must be very leery of opening Pandora's Box, fore the house of cards will fall indiscriminately.

We will be shielded from the bulk of the intel, and the perps will be scoffed at, scolded, maybe shammed into early retirement; but the odds of anyone paying the ultimate price, or even a very long prison stint, appear to be very, very long indeed.

My hope is that Trump takes a scorched earth approach and ferrets out all the lying bastards and whores ingrained in Washington politics, lobbying, military, banking, and big business industrial complexes. The country is in dire need of a good and sustained bloodletting. It would do the country's soul good; and it would set new precedents and a new baseline for how to deal with corruption, in all its many forms.

So, why is the Senate not already doing this??
