I'm not a religious person I just find most tattoos ugly and figured a lot of people would regret them later on. Don't see what the attraction is. Same with piercings that aren't ears piercings. Not at all attractive in my opinion at least. I remember a girl in high school who's a 10 and she decided to get a nose piercing back then when she had a perfect face... All I can say is ugh... |

Metal-American User ID: 73836248 United States 12/22/2019 08:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Those whom choose to ink themselves are not worthy of your society? Or are they to be deemed lower class because of such? If society is so fragile that ink on someone skin causes issues, perhaps that society isn't worth such a name. And perhaps those whom do make such a choice, choose NOT to be part of your society. Why is that wrong? Ok let's substitute "society" for "humanity." The tattoo epidemic is clearly a symptom of something. What that is exactly is what's up for debate. What it means is that a fool and his money are soon parted. Isaiah 40:31 - But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. “They’ve got us surrounded again, the poor bastards.” - U.S. Army Paratrooper at Bastogne |

I just wanted to see what it felt like. I turned 30 and my girlfriends wanted to get some work done and I went with them. It hurt, but not much. Mine is smaller than a quarter. The reason I wanted to experience it was I was in recovery at the time, for more than 20 years ultimately, and some of my best friends were recovering junkies much younger than me. They got high from getting tattoos, y'all. It gave them something I didn't get from it because I had no romance with the needle. Many of those friends are dead now, btw. I know one guy who got sober circa 95 or so ... friend of my partner since childhood... and he is RICH RICH RICH from starting shops in his state. I guess he has some sort of franchise? Anyway, he's rich, still sober and covered with them. I know he knows what I know about junkies and needles. oh well |
