It's hard, but just remember you never need to steal. God got you covered for whatever you might need, just pay attention to signs, be brave, take action and have faith.

One thing is for sure if you are ever in dire need of food there will be someone with food to give you. No one starves to death in the US unless you're in the wilderness. Can you imagine seeing a man starve to death on the streets of a city? It's impossible.

If you need work try gigs on Craigslist, or day labor/staffing agencies if they're available nearby. Sweeping a construction site for 8 hours is better than being idle and worrying for 8 hours. Plus you get some cash.
