In California security gaurds are required by the State to be licensed. Another State code to grab license dollars for the liberal agendas.

Hart to believe New York is not the same. At least when licensed there is a pathway to identify the guards in case of abuse.

im aware, im a cali resident and last year applied for a security guard job. they have some weird loophole with the guard card that disincentivizes people to get the guard card until they have the job ffer. but at interviews you wont be hired with out it. kind of a catch 22 if you dont have any prior service record. it used to be an entry level job.
